CV Editor collects personal information (name, contact information such as e-mail, phone, employment history, education records, and other information pertaining to career and employment history or personal profile) from its users solely for the purpose of generating their resumes, except as required by (a) federal, state, or international law, (b) subpoena, or court order, (c) the user's written consent, or (d) any other legitimate concerns, such as, ethical conflicts and genuine emergencies. CV Editor will not sell, share, or rent the user information to any third party. No personal information or user data is retained after deletion by the respective owner, where deletion is an easily accessible, explicit option provided to the user by CV Editor . If an entity wholly acquires CV Editor , the company and product, including IP, technology, rights, brand, user, resume, and other data, all liabilities, including security, privacy, and data protection shall be transferred to the entity from CV Editor , the company, and its proprietors.

Processing of user information
CV Editor does not use collected user information for any purpose other than generating resumes on user demand. The information is not processed or profiled in any other manner or sent anywhere outside of CV Editor's systems.

Deletion of of user information
Users can delete their account along with all associated information including all personal and sensitive data instantly and irrevocably by visiting the Edit profile page once logged in and clicking on the Delete account link. This process is instant and irreversible and leaves no copy of the user data anywhere.

In addition, users can e-mail info@omairtech.com from their registered e-mails and request for manual deletion.

Information Disclosure
CV Editor doesn't split, sell, share, or rent personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies apart from providing service's you may have requested, with your authorization, or under the following circumstance: CV Editor reserves the right to transport information about you and your use of this website in the occurrence of a transfer of rights of CV Maker, such as a takeover, acquisition, or merger with another company.

Publishing resumes online
CV Editor makes your resumes / CVs publically visible via a unique URL if and only if you explicitly set the status of a resume to Publish in its Share options. By default, all resumes are set to Unpublish, therefore private. Resumes explicitly published by you may be indexed by 3rd party search engines and sites and made available on their websites. CV Editor is neither responsible nor liable for where your resume content appears after you have made it public.
